The SpringDale Messenger is published by the SpringDale Community Cottage Inc. in the interests of promoting Drysdale / Clifton Springs, and in particular, the welfare of the people who make up the local community.

The SpringDale Messenger was started in December 1991 with a small grant from the then Bellarine Rural City Council - and issues are planned to coincide with activities running at SpringDale Community Cottage (a member of the Association of Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres Inc.)
