Bellarine Peninsula : Surname Interest List All entries from this list are now incorporated in the larger Geelong & District Surnames of Interest List. We would prefer to limit the names to families who actually spent some time on the Bellarine Peninsula or the wider Geelong region, but of course to help identify the right families, you would ideally include their details before (and possibly after) their time in this region. The Bellarine List began first, and the Geelong & District List followed a few years later. After a couple of years of adding Bellarine names to both the Bellarine List and the Geelong List, I've decided that it will save me a lot of time, and increase your chances of finding a "match" by maintaining just the larger Geelong & District List.
