He must have learned the butchering business well, for he soon opened his own shop, which is still to be seen, at 215 High Street. [ ... ] Michael MURRAY grew to be one of the most respected men in this rich, rural township. Local citizens gave him a dinner and presentation on the eve of his departure for a trip home to Ireland in 1906.
