Appeal Target and its Current Status

Given that the St George's Church community is small, funds for this project must come largely from beyond the congregation, who have the responsibility of providing for the costs of ongoing church maintenance.  The congregation has recently borne the high cost of remedial work to eliminate rising damp, and it is presently funding restoration of slate roofing.
